Restore Outreach Ministries

Mattingly Charities awarded a mini grant to “Restore Outreach Ministries” who recently held their “back to school” event at Delaware. Over 800 backpacks were distributed, along with shoes, clothes, and haircut coupons. This served students from Pre-K through 12th grade!
